Okay so this might take a long time to write, with some much wrong. First I would trade Bulger for a first or second rounder to a team that needs a quarterback, like the Patriots, or the Chiefs. I would then trade Holt to the Eagles for a second rounder and maybe a decent, young O-Lineman. I would cut Bennett if I could because he is a complete waste of space. This would clear room to start Donnie Avery, who isn't great, but I can't label him a bust yet, and Keenan Burton who I really like. I would start an O-Line of Pace,Bell,Incognito,Greco, and Barron, with him on a short leash one false start Barron is benched Inconito goes to guard Greco to tackle and Romberg at center. I would leave it that way for at least a few games to see if they can get some chemistry. My starting QB would be Green with Berlin waiting to jump in after his concussion.

The D would be even harder to fix. I would leave the line the same, but get Adeyanju in for more snaps. The LB's would be Culberson,Witherspoon, and Draft. I don't like Piso he's to upright and stiff in the run game. My DB's would be Atogwe at FS, Bartell at SS(I know he's a corner) Hill and Craft at CB. The reason our DB's get beat so frequently is because they are being asked to cover for 5-7 seconds instead of 3-5 if we had a half-way decent pass rush.

Finally, I would fire Linehan in the bye week and bring in Fassel, MartyBall, or Cowher. Haslett would last until the offseason, just to see who becomes available. Saunders will stay and give him a little more time to implement his offense.

In the Draft assuming the trades happen, with my 2 first rounders, I would take Rey Maluaga from USC, and either Maclin from Mizzou or Moore from Mizzou. In the second I would take Colt McCoy the QB from Texas and the best LT prospect still available.

How to fix the Rams

So whos going to be the starting QB?  Green?  We already gave away a good young backup in Fitzy.   Hmmmm

I said a first rounder because it wasn't that long ago that he threw for 4000+ yards and 24 TD's. I still think he's a good QB, but he's just a bit jumpy with the line in front of him. Some GM will see that potential, I agree maybe not a first but at least a second rounder for him.
